2 Corinthians 5.17
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new."
Get excited, dear friend in Christ, as a believer in Christ, according to the Word of God, "you are in Christ", and therefore, "you are a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." The moment you are saved, born again by believing in Jesus, you have become a new creation, all things have become new, old things have passed away. You are not modified, upgraded creation but brand new creation with everything new! Amazing! 2Cor5.18, "Now all things are of God through Jesus Christ." Your nature, the attitude has become new. You are no more the slave of Satan, no more under the law, no more led by the flesh. Your spirit which was dead now is born again.
Through salvation:
"You have the spirit of Christ" (Gal4.6, 1 Cor 6.27)
"You have the mind of Christ." (1Cor2.16)
"You are the body of Christ"(1Cor12.27)
"You are conformed to the image of Christ."(Rom8.29)
"You have an anointing from the Holy One."(2Jn2.20)
Meditate upon these Scriptures, understand, believe, acknowledge, so that this TRUTH will sink into your system and treasured in your heart. Rom10.17, "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." The TRUTH which you have believed and treasured, speak out loud so that your faith becomes stronger.
Friend, know that
"old things have passed away", therefore don't hold on to the dead things, vultures will come and destroy you. Devil will come now and remind you of your past deceiving you to get into guilt, counter him with the Word, "I am in Christ, I am a new creation, old things have passed away, all things have become new, you have nothing in me, get lost in Jesus' name." As you are new creation, with things of God, having the Spirit, mind, body, image, and anointing of Christ Jesus, walk, talk, serve, do like Christ and enjoy the fullness of life, rejoice in the joy of salvation, be a witness to Christ, be a blessing to the lost and the saved.
YOU ARE A NEW CREATION; COMPLETE IN CHRIST, YOU ARE A WITNESS TO CHRIST.
