Daily Word 1st February 2019

Psalm 44:3
"For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, nor did their own arm save them; but it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance because You favoured them."

Meditation
Do you need God's strength to conquer something in your life today? Maybe you need strength to forgive or to overcome an addiction. Maybe you need strength to deal with a difficult person. No matter what you may be facing, God desires to give you His supernatural strength in every situation. It's interesting that one translation of this verse says, "because God smiled upon them and favored them." Did you know that simply calling on God causes Him to smile on you? Because you are His child, you have His favor! God loves to show Himself strong on your behalf. Be strong in the Lord knowing that He is with you, smiling upon you, and showering you with His favor. As you meditate on this promise, you will be strengthened to overcome every obstacle, and you will live a life of victory! Amen.

Scripture of the Day
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Daily Proclamation 31th January 2019

1 Kings 19:12
"After the earthquake a fire, but Adonai was not in the fire. After the fire there was a soft whisper of a voice."

Meditation
Listening is a lost art today. We can be so concerned about expressing our thoughts and opinions that we don't listen closely to others—or even to God. If we're not careful, distractions and busyness can drown out the voice that matters most in our lives, the voice of our heavenly Father. The good news is that you can learn to tune out the negative noise of the world and start listening for God's voice, for hopeful, positive, faith-filled thoughts. Be receptive and listen for His still, small voice on the inside of you. God speaks not only through the Bible but also through godly counsel and His Holy Spirit. All it takes is a simple prayer like the one Samuel prayed in 1 Samuel 3:10 when he said to God, "I am listening." Then be ready to listen for His answer. Amen!

Scripture of the Day
8 The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. - Psalm 103:8

Daily Proclamation 30th January 2019

Psalm 18:29
"With your help, I can advance against a troop; with my God, I can scale a wall."

Meditation
The great heroes of the Bible impress us with their strength, their confidence and the depth of their faith. And as God's Word tells us, you can do the same great things they did because you have the same God in you! King David was supremely confident in God—firm in the knowledge that God would give him the strength to overcome his obstacles. God can cause you to go over them, around them, or even through them, but God will get you to where you’re supposed to be. Philippians 4:13 says you can have strength "for all things" through the power of Christ in your heart. We hope this will encourage you to take a stand for God. Don't ever think that God did great things only for people in the days of the Bible. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Call on Him, and you'll see Him come through and do what only He can do! Amen.

Scripture of Day
21 If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat; if he is thirsty, give him water to drink. - Proverbs 25:21

Daily Proclamation 29th January 2019

Psalm 46:10
"Cease striving and know that I am God…"

Meditation
We all have to make numerous decisions throughout the day. When you face a difficult decision, did you know you can ask God to lead you in the right direction? You’ll be amazed at the insight you get from relying on God instead of striving to find the answers on your own. If you’re constantly trying to figure things out and make things happen instead of waiting for God’s timing, you’ll wear yourself out. Instead, why don’t you come back to a place of rest, knowing God is in control. His ways are higher than ours. If you’ll trust Him to do things His way, you’ll see His best plan for your life unfold. When you feel worried or uptight, that’s the time to say, “God, give me Your wisdom to make good decisions. I refuse to worry. I’m staying in peace, knowing that You are in control.” Amen!

Scripture of the Day
29 Whoever is patient has a great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly. - Proverbs 14:29

Daily Proclamation 28th January 2019

1 Timothy 1:14 AMP
"The grace of our Lord [His amazing, unmerited favor and blessing] flowed out in superabundance [for me, together] with the faith and love which are [realized] in Christ Jesus."
Meditation
Have you ever had an experience where you were just overwhelmed and amazed by God’s grace and blessing? It is our prayer that if you haven’t already, you soon will have the remarkable blessing of seeing His transforming power in action. Paul described in his letters just how astonished he was by God’s grace. If there is ever a time when something just doesn’t quite seem to make logical sense, it may very well be God’s work in your life. He is such a big God who is so full of goodness, grace, blessing, forgiveness and mercy—we cannot even scratch the surface of His greatness. All you can do sometimes is stand back and be overwhelmed by His deep, abiding love. Begin to recognize and thank Him for His abundant goodness in your life. Amen!

Scripture of the Day
32 Better a patient person than a warrior, one with self-control than one who takes a city. - Proverbs 16:32

Daily Proclamation 26th January 2019

Psalm 25:2 KJV
"O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not mine enemies triumph over me."

Meditation
Today, turn loose of the things that have held you back. Stop drowning in desperation and despair. Rise up! This year is going to be God's year in your life. It is the year where doors will be opened in your favor while others will be closed that would cause you harm. Trust Him to handle things without trying to micromanage the details of your life. Turn loose of the reins and allow God to have His way in you! This year, with the help of Almighty God, you can get over your heartaches, the rejection you've faced, and any controlling relationships! Get over what Satan has done to you, too! Turn loose of the resentment and bitterness...those who have abused you and lied about you. Turn it all over to the Lord and watch as your life becomes filled with joy once again. Let the misery melt away and let the Son shine in! Amen.

Scripture of the day
1 A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. - Proverbs 15:1

Daily Proclamation 25th January 2019

Psalm 23:5
"You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows."

Meditation
Our God is the God of yesterday, today and tomorrow. He’s the God who can go into your past and erase the pain. He’s the God who can make a way for you today. And He’s the God who’s already working out details in your future long before you arrive in your next conflict. God is the One who is there whenever and wherever You need Him. You and I have a common enemy. Jesus called him a thief who comes to rob, kill and destroy. And whenever the devil comes against you, your family, your physical health or your finances, because God has already gone into your tomorrows, He pulls out a chair at a table of provision. He says, “Sit down and be blessed while I defeat your enemies, build your business, open the windows of heaven, and pour out blessings that you cannot contain.” If you are going through a difficult time, recognize that God has already charted the course. He is not hemmed in by your wristwatch. He knew where you’d be today and was already working out the answer to your problem long before you knew the problem. So rather than worry about it, sit down at His table, be thankful and bless His name! Amen.

Scripture of the Day
10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. - Romans 12:10

Daily Proclamation 24th January 2019

2 Chronicles 20;12
"...For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you."

Meditation:
Can't worry and worship at the same time. When the devil brings you thoughts of worry, anxiety and fear, don't believe them! Instead, let those thoughts be a reminder to you to thank God that the answer is on the way! That's what King Jehoshaphat did. The people of Judah were surrounded by three major armies. It didn't look as though they had a chance. This godly king was probably bombarded with thoughts of fear and anxiety. But he gathered the people together, lifted his eyes toward heaven, and prayed the simple prayer in today's verse. Jehoshaphat's prayer was answered. God told the people to march right into the enemy's camp, singing and shouting praises on their way. Notice, they weren't worrying—they were worshiping—and God delivered them. Today, choose worship over worry and move forward into victory! Amen.

Scripture of Day
2 "I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted. - Job 42:2

Daily Proclamation 23th January 2019

Galatians 6:7
"Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows."

Meditation
Have you ever looked at a large, old tree and wondered how long it has been there? The thing to remember when you see a tree like this is that at one time, it was merely a little seed. Just like a mighty oak tree, if you want to grow tall and strong in your faith, you must plant the good seeds of faith in your thought life through your words and water them by meditating on them so that you may reap a great harvest! Farmers may get discouraged sometimes, but they know that if they want good results, they must keep planting and watering the good seeds. Day after day, even when nothing is happening at the surface, the farmer keeps taking care of those seeds because he knows it's only a matter of time until the harvest. This is true of you as well. Keep planting the seeds of faith and declaring what God says about you in His Word, and you'll see growth and an abundant harvest.! Amen.

Scripture of the Day
12 No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. - 1 John 4:12

Daily Proclamation 22nd January 2019

Romans 12:6
"Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly…"

Meditation

There’s nothing more encouraging than to discover your purpose and to walk in it! Don’t let the enemy convince you that you’ve been forgotten or left out. You were not made to sit on the sidelines. You have a destiny to fulfill! God has entrusted everyone with different gifts and talents. That means you already have the ability, the creativity, the ideas you need to flourish in what He has called you to do. There is something important that only you can accomplish for God. Many heroes of the Bible had humble beginnings and were overlooked. David was the youngest of many sons, yet he was destined to become king. Moses had a speech impediment, but God chose him to deliver a nation. It’s not about where you start, it’s about how you finish. Be bold enough to follow your God-given purpose and fulfill the destiny He has for you! Amen.

Scripture of the Day

28 There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. - Galatians 3:28

Daily Proclamation 21st January 2019

Proverbs 21:3
"To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice."
Meditation
It’s easy for us to let our emotions control our decisions. Sometimes choosing the right thing doesn’t come naturally. The good news is, you don’t have to do it alone. The Bible says that the forces that are for you are greater than the forces that are against you. God can give us the courage we need to do the right thing! Because we are new creations in Christ, the chains of defeated thinking and a negative mentality don’t have a hold on us anymore. You can choose what you watch, the things you say, and even the people you associate with. So often, we think God is too busy to help us with our day-to-day decisions. But you are the apple of God’s eye. There’s nothing too big or too small for our God to handle. Ask God today to give you the wisdom and guidance to make the right decisions. Amen!

Scripture of the Day
31 Do to others as you would have them do to you. - Luke 6:31

Daily Proclamation 19th January 2018

Ezekiel 36:26
"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh."

Meditation
In life, we all have negative things happen to us. I know people who were raised in an environment where people have addictions, low self-esteem, depression and poverty. Their parents had issues, and now it's making things much more difficult. But when you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, He gives you a new heart. In other words, your blood line changes. No longer are you subject to your natural family line; you become subject to your godly heritage! His spiritual blessing overrides any curse in the natural realm. When you understand who you are and whose you are, then no matter what someone else did or didn’t do, no matter how you were raised, you won't get bitter. You won't live with a chip on your shoulder. You realize that nothing can stop you from fulfilling your God-given destiny! Remember, Almighty God breathed life into you. When you choose Him, you are choosing your godly heritage! Amen.

Scripture of the Day
48 Then he said to them, "Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest." - Luke 9:48

Daily Proclamation 18th January 2019

James 3:16
"For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice."

Meditation
Strife is a powerfully destructive force that the enemy uses to try to bring confusion and turmoil into our lives. It can tear apart marriages, destroy businesses, and divide lifelong friends. We all have things happen on a daily basis that can aggravate us, but the key is to not let those aggravations make us act rude or angry toward those around us. Instead, lets encourage ourselves to make peace a priority in our life. Don't give the enemy a foothold. Refuse to argue. Refuse to be sarcastic or disrespectful. Decide that you are going to keep peace in your home and your life even if it means you have to swallow your pride. Make the choice to aggressively pursue peace. Jesus said, "Blessed are the peacemakers." You can be that person. You can be the one to create an atmosphere of peace and harmony in your family. Amen

Scripture of the day
13 Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. - Romans 14:13

Daily Proclamation 17th January 2019

Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Meditation
If God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it! He could have lived anywhere in the universe, but He chose to live in your heart. You are His most prized possession, and He has an amazing future planned for you. God wants you to be free today. He is asking you to forget the past and start fresh with Him today. Stop beating yourself up over your past mistakes. Quit thinking that you don't deserve anything good. You are a child of the Most High God. Begin seeing yourself the way God sees you. How does God see you? He sees you as His masterpiece, the apple of His eye, His precious child. Throughout the day, declare what His Word says about you, “I am a victor. I am a masterpiece. I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” See yourself as the champion He created you to be! Amen.

Scripture of the Day

Daily Proclamation 16th January 2018

Joshua 1:5 NIV
"No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you."

Meditation
For at least 40 years, Joshua looked to Moses as the great problem solver for the people of Israel. He had seen the miracles performed and heard God’s Word spoken through Moses. But Moses was dead, and now Joshua needed the same power to solve problems. Joshua’s time had come, and sooner or later, your time will come as well. God will direct you to lead something for His purpose. When that time comes, the only way you’ll succeed is if you engage with God and hear what He has to say to you. God will move you out of every comfort zone and into what I call “the God Zone” where you hear His voice. Joshua is in the God Zone, and the Lord opens the conversation with this promise: “As I was with Moses, so shall I be with you.” God was telling Joshua the same thing He told Moses from the burning bush: “I AM the source of your power. I AM the One who parts the waters. I AM the One who rained manna on you in the wilderness. And I AM the same yesterday, today and forever.” He had been with Moses. He was with Joshua. And the same God is with you now! Amen!

Scripture of Day
3 have mercy on me, Lord, for I call to you all day long. 4 Bring joy to your servant, Lord, for I put my trust in you. - Psalm 86:3-4

Daily Proclamation 15th January 2018

Job 11:13-18 CEV
Surrender your heart to God, turn to him in prayer, and give up your sins—even those you do in secret. Then you won’t be ashamed; you will be confident and fearless. Your troubles will go away like water beneath a bridge, and your darkest night will be brighter than noon. You will rest safe and secure, filled with hope and emptied of worry”

Meditation
The Bible says in 1 John 4:18, “Where God’s love is, there is no fear, because God’s perfect love drives out fear”  Every day, you have to surrender your heart to God. When you wake up each morning, before your feet hit the floor, you have to say, “God, before I even start this day, I surrender my emotions to you. I want you to be Lord of my feelings. I want you to control my mind and my emotions. I surrender my heart to you. I want you to fill me with your love.” We find three commands and eight promises in the above verse. God says if you do this, then he’ll do that. Every promise has a premise. First, he gives you the commands: Surrender your heart to God every day. Turn to him in prayer. And give up your sins, or confess your sins to God. Then notice the eight benefits: You won’t be ashamed, you’ll be confident, you’ll be fearless, your troubles will be like water under the bridge, the dark night you’re going through is going to be brighter than noon, you’ll be able to sleep well because you are safe and secure, you will be filled with hope, and you’ll be emptied of worry. Let it remind you to do those three things—surrender your heart to God, turn to him in prayer, and confess your sins—so that God’s love will fill your life and cast out all your anxiety and fear. Amen!

Scpriture of Day
3 Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, the sheep of his pasture. - Psalm 100:3

Daily Proclamation 14th January 2019

Psalm 55:22 AMP
"Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail)."
Meditation
Jesus said in John 14:27, “I’m leaving you My peace. I’m giving it unto you.” The Amplified version says, “Now stop allowing yourself to be agitated and disturbed. And do not permit yourselves to become unsettled.” God has done His part to give you His peace. As a child of God, His peace is on the inside of you right now. You have to do your part and make the decision to live in peace. When negative circumstances arise and you make the choice to stay in peace, you are showing that you trust God. You are saying, “God, I know that You are in control. I know that no weapon formed against me is going to prosper.” Choose to keep peace in your life. When you cast your burdens on Him, He promises to sustain you—that’s a place of true peace, a place of lasting power! Amen.

Scripture of the Day
1 Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done. 2 Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts. - Psalm 105:1-2

Daily Proclamation 12th January 2019

2 Corinthians 4:13
"And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ‘I believed and therefore I spoke,’ we also believe and therefore speak."

Meditation
Every believer has been given a measure of faith. In order to see the promises of God come to pass in your life, you have to give expression to that faith through the words that you speak. That’s why the Scripture tells us, “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong’”—not the opposite, “I am so tired. I am so rundown.” That’s calling in the wrong things. Let the poor say, “I am well off”—not, “I am so in debt.” When you give your faith a voice, when you start speaking the promises of God, the Bible says that He watches over His Word to bring it to pass in your life. The key is that we can’t allow words of defeat or negativity to come out of our mouths. Don’t dig up your seed by speaking against His Word. Instead, water your seed by continuing to declare the Word of God. As you give your faith a voice, you will see God’s promises come to pass. Amen!

Daily Scripture
21 But you, Sovereign LORD, help me for your name's sake; out of the goodness of your love, deliver me. 22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. - Psalm 109:21-22

Daily Proclamation 11th January 2019

1 Corinthians 13:13
"Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love."

Meditation
Is love your greatest aim? How can you tell? Easy. Are you concerned about other people, or are you concerned about only yourself? Do you take time to make a difference, to encourage others, to lift their spirits, to make people feel better about themselves? Do you follow the flow of love that God puts in your heart toward somebody in need? Or, are you too busy with your own plans? When God puts love and compassion in your heart toward someone, He’s offering you an opportunity to walk in love and make a difference in that person’s life. You must learn to follow that love as your greatest aim. Don’t ignore it. Act on it. Be on the lookout for people you can bless. Be willing to be interrupted and inconvenienced if it means you can help meet somebody else's need. You have what somebody needs. Amen!

Daily Scripture
If the ax is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is needed, but skill will bring success. - Ecclesiastes 10:10

Daily Proclamation 10th January 2019

1 Corinthians 16:9
"For a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries."

Meditation
God is always giving us opportunities to move forward in life. God wants you to grow and reach your full potential. Anytime you take a step forward, the enemy will try to bring opposition and adversity against you. But God promises that through Him, you can overcome any opposition the enemy brings your way. When you step out in faith and the opposition comes, just keep standing strong and doing what you know to do. Keep praying, keep believing, keep reading and speaking the Word. Keep fighting the good fight of faith and going. Keep walking in love and forgiveness, and keep your heart tender. When the enemy sees that you are more determined than he is, he'll back down, and you will move forward to new levels of victory! Stay focused and full of joy no matter what comes against you. As you do, you will overcome every opposition and obstacle you face! Amen.

Scripture of the Day

Daily Proclamation January 9th 2019

Ecclesiastes 9:11, AMP
:…time and chance happen to them all."

Meditation
Before the foundation of the world, God laid out a plan for your life. He created you with a purpose, for a purpose, and He created you to be successful! He already has pivotal moments planned out for your life. These are moments when God intervenes. They are designed to thrust you years ahead. Ecclesiastes tells us that time and chance come together for every person. That means at any moment, things are going to shift in your favor. A good break, a healing, a promotion, a great idea or a restoration is coming. When you need it, it won’t be one second late. Today, open your eyes of faith and see the good things God has in store for your future. Thank Him for what He’s doing and what He’s about to do. Thank Him for divine connections and destiny moments because He is ready and willing to fulfill every dream and desire He’s placed within your heart! Amen.

Daily Proclamation January 8th 2019

Proverbs 14:22
"...those who plan what is good find love and faithfulness."

Meditation
Do you wake up every morning expecting favor and blessing on everything you do? Do you plan for what is good? When we plan for what is good, Scripture tells us that we find love. Ultimately, God is love which means when you plan for what is good, you will find God in the midst of your plans. Don’t let the negative voices of the world get you focused in the wrong direction. It doesn’t matter what is happening in and around your life, God’s plan is always for your good. Set your mind on good things and stay in agreement with God. You and God are a majority. Stay in step with Him, plan for what is good, and move forward into the life of victory He has in store for you! Amen.

Daily Proclamation January 7th 2019

Deuteronomy 28:7

"The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways."

Meditation
This New year see the walls of resistance crumbling before you. See God taking on your enemies and handcuffing them--they are powerless when you hand them over to the Lord. See the mountains of impossibility that you are facing being cast into the sea. Start telling God the desires of your heart and watch as He begins to make your paths straight. Watch as He begins to bring things to pass in your life that you never thought possible. Focus your faith on the outcome. Right now the circumstances may look grim, but these are just mere stepping stones in the overall story of your life. Keep marching forward. God sees your end from the beginning! Stay focused on Him!  Great things are in store for you when you turn your life over to the King of kings. Amen!

Daily Proclamation January 4th 2019

Isaiah 61:7

"Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours."
Meditation
What do you see in your future? I don’t want you to look through the eyes of fear or the eyes of the flesh. Look through the eyes of faith and see health in the place of sickness. See long life in the place of sudden death, and prosperity in the place of “never enough to make ends meet.” We serve a God of more than enough! I want you to see God restoring to you sevenfold what Satan has taken, and your enemies scattering in seven directions as God clears your path to absolute triumph. I want you to see depression being crushed and replaced by a tsunami of joy sweeping over every corner of your life. I want you to be filled with joy unspeakable and full of glory that can only come from God the Father. Receive it today in Jesus’ name and get excited about what’s coming your way! Call upon His holy name and believe that good things can happen for YOU! Look through God’s eyes into your future and know this: the best is yet to come! Amen.

Daily Proclamation January 5th 2019

Romans 1:20

"Scripture and Reference: For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen…"
Meditation
All around you, God’s goodness is on display. The question is, do you see it? The Scripture talks about how God was in the midst of people, but they knew Him not. Too many times, God is working in our lives, showing us favor, protecting us, sending us healing, but we don’t recognize His goodness. For example, if you weren't the most qualified or the most talented but you got the promotion, that’s the goodness of God. If you’re going through a difficult time and a friend stops by out of the blue and cheers you up, that’s the goodness of God. It’s easy to see the negative, what we don’t have, what we didn’t get, but that won’t build our faith. Instead, make a decision to search for the good things God has given you. His mercy is new each morning. Look for His goodness, His favor today! Amen
